We accept MasterCard, Visa , American Express credit cards and Paypal.

Orders are shipped 2 business days after the order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email after you order has been processed through our system.

Yes.

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product that you would like to make a return. To notify us, email at contact@peekabootoys.com. The email must include your order number and name. You will receive a refund for the cost of the product, after our shipping cost is deducted. You will not be refunded the shipping fee you will incur for returning the product. We do not supply return labels. If you do not notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, no refund can be issued.

Our aim is to process and pack your order as soon as possible, to get it on its way to you.

There is a very limited amount of time after an order has been placed, when we  may be able to cancel your order, but this is not guaranteed.

If your order has been picked and packed in our warehouse, or if you have received a ‘Your order is now complete’ email, then unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order at that stage.

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible on our email: contact@peekabootoys.com.
